Officer, Sales & Marketing (Full-time)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Primarily responsible for the supporting function including monitoring and completing clients’ onboarding, information update requests and exit requests, while providing support, feedback and troubleshooting through maintaining our e-filing and internal systems as well as responding to emails and calls of enquiry.
  • Providing English-to-Chinese translation support for account applications and driving Chinese-to-English and English written content creation for news releases, newsletters, announcements, marketing material, speeches, etc.
  • Supporting the marketing, outreach and onboarding efforts for client, updating existing promotional material, organizing client get-togethers, contributing to pitching sessions, and driving news releases for individual deals when necessary 
  • Maintaining internal Sales and Marketing operational and database standards as well as continuing and strengthening client data reporting channels 
  • Participating in and contributing to cross-departmental discussions and implementations on onboarding and operational improvements, product enhancements, and event planning and promotion. 
  • Assisting in investor training and education sessions o to strengthen market adoption
Job Requirements:
  • Master/University degree, preferably in a Finance related subject
  • Strong command of MS Office and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau or Power BI); Knowledge of WIND Terminal operations is a plus
  • Sound knowledge of China fixed income market will be a plus
  • Job nature requires extensive bilingual writing. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua. Experience in translation is a plus

Vice President, Risk Control

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional advice to the company on legal and compliance matters and engage external counsel for major legal issues;
  • Maintain regular communication with management and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the board's directives and proper execution of legal and compliance policies;
  • Conduct risk control checking over business and operation, risk analysis and assessment to monitor major risk factors and report on regulatory irregularities and potential compliance risks;
  • Compile management reports on risk management and compliance related areas;
  • Uplift guidelines, policy and procedures applicable to the legal and compliance function;
  • Conduct legal research on project or specific topic and periodic review of legal developments in the financial sector;
  • Prepare and provide support to the Risk Management Committee meeting and other committee meetings relevant to risk management, internal control and compliance of the Company; and
  • Collaborate closely with legal and compliance colleagues to address all risk control matters, particularly those related to regulations and compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • LLB/Bachelor of Law degree and qualified as a solicitor or counsel in Hong Kong.
  • Minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in the legal field.
  • Previous in-house legal experience in the financial services sector.
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Possess business acumen, with a combination of innovation, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
