AVP / Associate, HR

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional HR support on monthly payroll, mandatory provident fund processing, benefits administration, staff tax reporting, etc.
  • Participate in various HR initiatives, such as staff costs budgeting, annual salary review, performance management process, insurance renewal, HR policies and procedures review and formulation
  • Prepare insightful analyses and management reports
  • Update HR information system, maintain data integrity and take part in system migration.
  • Handle HR-related enquiries
  • Perform other projects and tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Around 7 years of C&B specialist experience including monthly payroll, tax reporting, MPF and benefits administration preferred
  • Strong sense and high accuracy in managing and reporting figures, and well-versed in Microsoft Excel
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and meticulous personality; a good team player; able to work independently
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Associate

Associate, Risk, Legal and Compliance

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing and revising legal or business correspondence and documentation;
  • Update guidelines, policy and procedures applicable to the legal and compliance function;
  • Conduct legal research on project or specific topic and periodic review of legal developments in the financial sector;
  • Assist in organizing legal, internal control or compliance training and preparing training materials;
  • Handle the categorization and filing of documents, project and case records, either in electronic or paper format; and
  • Perform other duties as assigned.   
Job Requirements:
  • University degree, preferably in Legal or Risk Management subject;
  • At least 4 years relevant experiences, preferably with certain legal training;
  • Able to handle multi-tasks independently and work under pressure;
  • Possess strong analytical skill, report writing skill and presentation skill;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua;
  •  Self-motivated; can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills; and
  • Sound knowledge of the Hong Kong financial and banking industry and the China fixed income market will be a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Financial technology, and related disciplines
  • Familiar with cloud computing (AWS, Aliyun, Azure)
  • Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows, TCP/IP, Python, JAVA, Microsoft SQL and Oracle
  • Power BI, Quick BI or other BI technology hands on knowledge and experience highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 7-10 years of relevant IT experience in Information and Communications Technology, Banking, financial service institution is preferred
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English;
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
